Security

If you are located in another jurisdiction, you explicitly ACKNOWLEDGE AND CONSENT that once your Personal Information is submitted through our Site, it will be transferred to our servers in the United States and that the United States currently does not have uniform data protection laws in place.

Retention

We will retain your information for as long as your account with us is active or as needed to provide you with our services. Your rights may be exercised free of charge up to two times per year, unless otherwise provided by applicable law, provided that in cases where the requests are manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive, we may charge a reasonable fee to cover the administrative costs of complying with the request or decline to comply with the request.
